Abstract

The article presents a response by Kristen Johnson to Eric Stoddart's review of her book. She argues that Western political liberalism be revised to offer more space for constituencies in their midst that do not easily fit into the category of so-called private realm. She further clarifies that Augustine reconciliation between unity and diversity is possible only through participation in Christ who reconciles the One and the many.
