A letter of A.C.V.R. to a Mr. J. G. Van Heulen, who is advising Van Heulen about where to settle in America. If he should come to Amelia, A.C.V.R. informs him what to expect. A.C.V.R. gives detailed information about the conditions in Virginia. An important letter.
