At a meeting of the consistory of the First Reformed Church at which Rev. Albertus C. Van Raalte presided, more discussion was held about the Kommer Schaddelee family. The consistory approved of building a horse stall at the church "for the convenience of the pastor." Three gentlemen came into the meeting and discussed difficulties over the sale of land. It was reported that H. Slag still maintained a Baptist position.
