President of Western Theological Seminary (WTS) (1985-1989); B.A. Central College (1958); M.Div. Western Theological Seminary (1961); Master of Theology, Princeton Theological Seminary (1965); Doctorandes, Theological University, Kampen, the Netherlands (1977). Hoff served pastorates in New Jersey and Illinois and was Secretary of Operations and Finance for the Reformed Church in America (RCA) (1971-1981). In 1995, Hoff became the executive director of the Foundation for Theological Education in Southeast Asia (FTESEA), a position he served in until 2007.
