Abstract
In this presentation, the audience will be asked to learn a little about visual literacy, why it's important for our students, and how it can be successfully incorporated into a multitude of classrooms and writing assignments for better student comprehension and learning. Audience members will be asked to dapple in visual literacy, interact with various student productions, and contribute to an ongoing conversation about visual literacy in the classroom.
